TASTING NOTES:
Our medium bodied white Bordeaux blend reveals itself in layers of aromas from thyme, nectarine and floral notes finishing off with a persistent length.
GRAPES:
Our Natura Vista is a blend of 70 % Semillon and 30 % Sauvignon blanc.
IN THE CELLAR:
Hand harvested early in the morning the Sauvignon blanc grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The Semillon grapes are fermented in 600 liter French oak. After fermentation both wines are blended together and aged for seven months in French oak to integrate.
