TASTING NOTES:
The Pinotage has a distinct fruity Pinot Noir character! Grown on the limestone and clay soils of the hills between Stanford and Hermanus in the Walker Bay region. Aged for over a year in French and Hungarian oak. At first scent, it has a hint of gunpowder, then ripe strawberries, cocoa, blueberries, and blackberries. On the palate, it is soft with sweet fruit, fine acidity, and lots of black pepper.
