TASTING NOTES:
The idea for this wine came to Louis Roos during a conversation with friends at a dinner in New York: Is it possible to make a wine with full mocha notes and the roasted aromas of coffee beans using only French Alliér barrels? It is. On the palate, this Pinotage is very full-bodied but without the assertiveness of many New World wines. Due to its complex body and silky tannins, the wine appears very elegant.
