TASTING NOTES:

This Noble Late Harvest offers honey-sweet walnuts, dried apricots, honey-orange marmalade, and pineapple on the nose. On the palate, it is full-bodied, sweet and powerful, with refreshing acidity and enormous concentration. It has a classic, rich taste reminiscent of Sauternes.

An absolutely high-quality Noble Late Harvest, harvested with botrytis, made with 100% old Chenin Blanc. Spontaneous fermentation, aged for 19 months in new and used barriques. Huge extract density of 115g/l.
