TASTING NOTES:
Fresh aroma, elegant, you can almost sense the salty breeze from the Atlantic. Combined with a composition of tropical fruits, gooseberries, passion fruit, and citrus fruits. Aged on lees for 8 months. At first slightly floral, then a hint of pineapple cake and peach, then refreshingly dry and mineral.
