TASTING NOTES:

A rarity in the Cape: this grape variety is known from northern Spain and Portugal. Like there, it also thrives very well in the Atlantic-influenced climate at the Cape. However, the different soils and the special microclimate give this fine white wine a particularly interesting note. Fresh and somewhat exotic, with ripe nectarine, lime, and tropical fruit. Interesting spiciness on the palate and complex texture, creamy in the finish.
