TASTING NOTES: 

The Seasalter is wonderfully expressive on the nose and palate with captivating notes of blackcurrants, stone fruit, and green apple, along with hints of fynbos and seaweed, ocean breeze, and a touch of oak. This rich, layered, and long, yet subtly powerful blend is intense but not heavy: an elegant, balanced wine that showcases the typical Darling mineral character, lively acidity, and a certain complexity of leeks before finishing with a salty tang.

90% Sauvignon Blanc / 10% Semillon
