TASTING NOTES:
Partly fermented in barrique, this Chardonnay was aged for ten months on the lees in first and second fill French oak barrels. It exhibits lively lemon and grapefruit aromas, followed by cinnamon and vanilla notes from the barrique aging. It is not too heavy, very well executed, and has a spicy character.
