TASTING NOTES:

Lush fruit, exotic, with plenty of citrus freshness of lime, followed by young peach and pear. Fresh fruit acidity on the palate, completely dry. This white wine grape, originally from the Loire Valley, produces fresh wines that exhibit particularly beautiful and often exotic fruit notes under the climatic influences of the Cape region.

Shrimp and fish tacos with lots of lime juice, pasta with clams or scallops.
