TASTING NOTES:
In the bouquet first grapefruit, hazelnut, lightly vegetal with hints of ivy, then lemon and passion fruit. In the mouth, intense fruit acidity, very fresh and invigorating, crispy. The finish is quite long, becoming mineral with a slight salty note that complements the coastal origin of its grapes.
