TASTING NOTES:
From old bush vines in the Swartland. Classic Chenin notes of apple and lemon peel combine with the Roussanne, resulting in ripe apricots, honeysuckle, and a full mouthfeel. The crisp acidity and mineral complexity come from the granite soils.
GRAPES:
Made from two Rhône grape varieties, 90% Chenin Blanc and 10% Roussanne.
FOOD PAIRING:
A wonderful aperitif wine.
