TASTING NOTES:

In the nose, there are dark cherry and plum notes, along with roasted mocha and tobacco aromas from French oak. On the palate, it is very intense and complex with flavors of dark chocolate and fennel, complemented by silky tannins. It has great aging potential but is already very enjoyable to drink.

FOOD PAIRING:

Eggplant Parmigiana, Grilled Ribeye Steak or a hearty beef stew brimming with tender beef, vegetables, and savory broth.
