TASTING NOTES:

Aged on the lees for 36 months, with 30% in 600L French oak barrels. It has a fragrance of yellow fruits, delicate yeast notes, brioche, and orange blossom. It has an elegant freshness on the palate, with a very fine mousse, well-balanced, salty with subtle mature notes in the finish.
