TASTING NOTES:
Still quite closed but profound and powerful, this great Merlot reveals itself slowly. At first, notes of leather, hay, and tobacco followed by hints of black pepper, seared beefsteak, and cocoa. On the palate, it is lively and beautiful with fresh fruit acidity and juicy flavors of black cherries. A great companion to grilled beef and lamb, sautéed vegetables, and spicy hard cheese.
