TASTING NOTES:
The carefully selected grapes are gently fermented and then aged for up to 12 months in previously used French oak barrels. On the nose, there are aromas of dark, ripe fruit, while the palate is very smooth and full-bodied with a beautiful length and depth in the finish. It has a firm tannin structure and can be aged for a few more years.
